Our purpose
Ecuador Coffee Origin was born from a simple belief: to understand Ecuadorian coffee, you have to experience Ecuador itself.
Coffee is not just tasted, it is shaped by landscapes, people, and context that can only be understood at origin.
We create the conditions for that experience, connecting guests directly with the people and environments behind every cup.
Philosophy
We spend time with producers not as stops along the way,
but as voices that shape the experience.
We move through landscapes where altitude, climate, and soil are not concepts, but realities you can feel.
We design every journey with intention.
Small groups. Real conversations. Direct access.
No scripts. No performances. No filters.
Only what is real.
Because when you understand origin,
coffee changes.
And so do you.
This is not a tour.
We don’t believe in rushed itineraries, surface-level visits, or experiences designed only to be seen.
We believe origin is something to be understood slowly, intentionally, and with respect.
We believe coffee is not just a product,
but a result of land, people, decisions, and time.
And that to truly understand it, you have to step into it.
Not as a tourist.
But as a guest.
This is where coffee becomes real.
Our Values
Human Connection
Coffee is built through real relationships, with the people and places behind it.
Hospitality
A warm, well-guided experience where guests feel supported and at ease.
Learning at Origin
Coffee is best understood through direct experience: in the landscapes and processes that shape it.
Respect for Producers
Producers are not stops in the journey, they are its foundation.
Safety & Trust
A structured, professionally guided experience where participants feel confident and cared for.
Ecuador Coffee Origin was born from starting over.
After years creating travel experiences, we chose a new direction, bringing together coffee, landscapes, and human connection.
Our role is to create access to them, designing experiences that feel real, personal, and deeply connected to origin.
Today, our role is to host, connect, and guide , creating the conditions for others to experience coffee at origin in a way that feels personal, human, and real.
Founder
Naty studied Political Science and International Relations, but soon realized that a life behind a desk wasn’t for her.
She moved into entrepreneurship and spent years working in travel experiences across Ecuador.
She is also trained in barismo, which allowed her to connect coffee not only from the cup, but from the people and places behind it.
Today, she brings all of this together — creating experiences rooted in connection, territory, and real understanding of origin.
