Over 6 days, participants travel across Ecuador’s coffee landscapes  from Andean highlands to cloud forests and the Amazon gateway, experiencing the ecosystems, producers, and processes shaping its emerging specialty identity.

Coffee here is deeply connected to the land. Many farms operate within agroforestry systems, where coffee grows alongside fruit trees and native species that support biodiversity and ecological balance.

Participants gain insight into the realities of production,  from altitude, climate, and soils to the challenges producers face; understanding how terroir is shaped and how it differs across Ecuador and from other origins like Colombia.

Farm visits are immersive and, when possible, participatory from harvesting to plant care, offering a direct understanding of the work behind exceptional coffee.

Cupping & Sensory Exploration

Participate in small tastings on the farms, and comparative sessions designed to explore differences between regions, processes, and varietals.
